Water usage per kg: beef 15,415 liters, pork 5,988L, chicken 4,325L, eggs 3,265L, rice 2,497L, wheat 1,849L, potatoes 287L, tomatoes 214L (UNESCO data). Agriculture uses 70% of global freshwater.

Almonds use a lot of water too (1 gallon per nut). I chose oat milk instead.
