Press tofu 30min, cut into cubes, toss with cornstarch, bake 400°F for 25-30min flipping once. Cornstarch is the secret! Creates restaurant-quality crispy exterior. Works with air fryer too.

I freeze tofu first - changes texture and makes it even crispier.
