Plant-based eating can be healthy OR restrictive cover for disordered eating. Red flags: extreme rigidity, social isolation, orthorexia. If diet causes anxiety, impacts relationships, or feels obsessive, seek help. Health is physical AND mental.

Thank you for posting this. I used veganism to disguise anorexia. Now recovered and actually healthy vegan.
